The Human Resources Assistant supports daily HR administration, including recruitment coordination, employee records, onboarding, attendance, leave management, staff communication and preparation of reports. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in human resources, business administration or a related field, along with previous administrative or hospitality experience. Strong organisation, accuracy, confidentiality and communication skills are expected. Good written and spoken English is important; Cantonese is generally highly desirable in Hong Kong, while Mandarin and familiarity with HR systems are advantages.
