Job Description

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the department by coordinating room-status updates, work assignments, guest requests, lost-and-found records, maintenance reports, linen and supply requirements, and communication between housekeeping, front office, and engineering teams. Candidates should have hotel or hospitality experience, strong organization and communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage several requests in a busy environment. Familiarity with hotel systems and Microsoft Office is useful. For a Hong Kong role, Cantonese and English are generally valuable, while Mandarin may be an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to remain professional, respond quickly to guests and colleagues, protect confidentiality, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
