Job Description

The Villa Manager / Front Office Manager oversees villa operations, guest services, arrivals and departures, concierge support, reservations coordination and front-office team performance. Candidates should have several years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts, preferably in a supervisory or managerial position, along with strong knowledge of front-office procedures and guest-relations standards. Excellent English communication, leadership, organization and problem-solving skills are expected. The successful candidate should be comfortable handling VIP guests, resolving complaints, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining Shangri-La’s service standards. Flexibility, professionalism, cultural awareness and the ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays are essential.
