The Service Centre Officer manages the hotel telephone switchboard and responds promptly to guest requests, enquiries and service needs. The role requires good spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin, clear communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a professional hospitality manner. Previous experience in a hotel, customer-service or call-centre environment is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to remain calm under pressure, record requests accurately, coordinate with relevant departments, protect guest confidentiality and deliver warm, efficient service around the clock. Shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is normally required.
