The candidate is expected to provide prompt, accurate and courteous service, maximise room revenue through effective selling, maintain precise reservation records and coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales and Revenue teams. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, attention to detail and a professional appearance are also expected.
