Telephone Operator (Service Centre)

Job Description

The Telephone Operator supports the hotel’s Service Centre by answering and directing calls, handling guest requests, recording messages, providing accurate information, and coordinating with relevant departments. Candidates should have a pleasant telephone manner, clear spoken English, good listening and communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. Previous hotel, customer service, or call-centre experience is helpful. The role requires a professional appearance, patience, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to remain calm while managing several requests. As the position operates in a 24-hour hotel environment, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
