Job Description

The Service Manager – Chef de Cuisine (Italian Cuisine) is responsible for leading the Italian kitchen operation, maintaining high culinary and service standards, and ensuring a consistent guest experience. Requirements typically include professional culinary training, strong experience in Italian cuisine, and several years in a supervisory or chef de cuisine position, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge of food safety, kitchen cost control, menu planning, purchasing, and team development.
