Job Description

The Junior Sous Chef supports the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, with a focus on Western cuisine. Requirements typically include professional culinary training, several years of experience in a hotel or quality restaurant, strong knowledge of Western cooking methods, food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to lead and motivate kitchen colleagues.
