Job Description

The Admin Assistant supports the Chinese Banquet Kitchen with daily administration, including filing, data entry, purchase and inventory records, schedules, reports, invoice processing and communication with suppliers or other hotel departments. Candidates should be organised, accurate and comfortable handling confidential information and multiple deadlines. Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, are expected, along with good spoken and written English. Experience in hotel, restaurant or kitchen administration is advantageous. Knowledge of Chinese cuisine, banquet operations or additional languages may be helpful. The successful candidate should be dependable, service-minded, detail-oriented and able to work cooperatively in a busy hospitality environment, including occasional weekends or public holidays.
