Job Description

The Service Manager - Front Office (Duty Manager) oversees daily front-office operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out, guest satisfaction, complaint resolution, room coordination and smooth communication between departments. Candidates should typically have a diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field, several years of hotel front-office experience and strong knowledge of property-management systems. Supervisory experience, professional English, good communication skills and a calm, service-oriented approach are expected. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays, together with sound decision-making, leadership and problem-solving abilities. Experience in an international luxury hotel is advantageous.
