Job Description

The Food & Beverage Associate supports daily restaurant, bar, banquet, or room-service operations by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, preparing tables, processing payments, and maintaining clean, well-presented service areas. Candidates should have good communication and customer-service skills, a pleasant attitude, basic food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Previous hotel or restaurant experience is helpful, although suitable applicants may receive training. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with professional grooming, teamwork, reliability, and a strong commitment to Shangri-La’s service standards.
