Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for protecting guests, employees, hotel property and business operations. Typical duties include supervising security officers, monitoring CCTV and access points, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, preparing reports and supporting emergency procedures. Candidates should have relevant hotel, commercial or law-enforcement security experience, strong observation and communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. First-aid, fire-safety and security training are advantageous. The role requires shift work, including nights, weekends and public holidays, as well as professional conduct, physical fitness, sound judgment and a service-oriented approach when assisting guests.
