Job Description

The Human Resources Executive supports daily HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave administration, staff engagement and compliance with Malaysian employment regulations. Candidates are generally expected to hold a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, with relevant experience in hospitality preferred. Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with discretion when handling confidential information. The role suits someone approachable, service-minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment. Familiarity with HR systems, payroll processes and Malaysian labour practices would be an advantage, as would good English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.
