Hygiene Manager

Job Description

The Hygiene Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation and health protection across the hotel. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in food science, hospitality, public health or a related field, along with experience in hotel, restaurant or catering operations. Knowledge of HACCP, food-safety legislation, hygiene audits and staff training is expected. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, confident in conducting inspections, able to investigate incidents and comfortable working with kitchen, housekeeping and engineering teams.
