Job Description

The Guest Relations Officer welcomes guests, manages enquiries, coordinates special requests, handles feedback and complaints, and helps ensure a smooth and memorable stay. Candidates generally need a hospitality qualification or relevant hotel experience, strong spoken and written English, and confidence using hotel systems. Knowledge of additional languages, especially Malay or Mandarin, is advantageous.
