Supervisor - Housekeeping

Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily room and public-area cleaning, assigns work, checks quality, monitors supplies, and supports training and guest-service standards. Candidates should have hotel housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory or senior room-attendant role, with good knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety, and room-inspection practices. Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected. Experience with hotel operating systems and the ability to coach multicultural teams would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be hands-on, dependable, guest-focused, and able to resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining Shangri-La’s service standards.
