The Night Duty Manager oversees hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction, smooth front-office service, safety, and effective coordination with housekeeping, security, engineering, and other departments. Candidates should have hotel-management or hospitality experience, preferably in a supervisory or duty-manager role, with strong knowledge of front-office procedures, night auditing, complaint handling, and emergency response. Excellent English communication, sound judgment, leadership, computer skills, and the ability to work independently at night are expected.
