Job Description

The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, checking, recording, storing and issuing food, beverages, operating supplies and other hotel goods. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel stores, warehousing or inventory control; basic computer and stock-management skills; good numeracy; and the ability to maintain accurate records. The successful candidate should be organised, physically fit, dependable and attentive to expiry dates, stock rotation and storage standards. The role also requires coordination with purchasing, kitchens, restaurants and other departments, compliance with hygiene and safety procedures, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Familiarity with hotel inventory systems and Singapore work regulations is advantageous.
