Job Description

The Service Associate – Finance (Receiving) supports the hotel’s receiving and accounts processes. Typical duties include checking deliveries against purchase orders, verifying invoices and quantities, recording received goods, maintaining documentation, coordinating with purchasing and kitchen departments, and assisting with reconciliations and reports. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, along with basic knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory procedures. Hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous. The role requires good numerical ability, attention to detail, computer literacy, especially Excel, dependable organization, and clear communication in English. The successful candidate is expected to follow internal controls, handle confidential records responsibly, work accurately under deadlines, and remain flexible for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
