Manager - Organisation Design and Implementation

Job Description

This role leads organisation design and implementation initiatives, helping ANZ align structures, roles, capabilities and operating models with business strategy. Candidates are expected to have strong experience in organisation design, workforce planning, business transformation or related consulting work, along with sound knowledge of operating models, change implementation and people impacts. Strong analytical, stakeholder-management and communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will work confidently with senior leaders, translate complex business needs into practical recommendations, manage competing priorities and support implementation through to measurable outcomes. Experience in financial services, large-scale transformation and using data to inform organisation decisions would be advantageous.
