Job Description

The Manager, Operational Risk, Enterprise Finance role supports ANZ’s Finance function in identifying, assessing and managing operational risks. Responsibilities typically include maintaining risk frameworks, reviewing controls, monitoring incidents and risk indicators, supporting regulatory obligations, coordinating assurance activities, and advising senior stakeholders on risk mitigation. Candidates are expected to have experience in operational risk, controls, governance, audit or financial services, along with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Familiarity with risk and control frameworks, incident management, regulatory requirements and enterprise finance processes is desirable. The role requires sound judgement, attention to detail, the ability to challenge constructively, and confidence working across a complex banking environment.
