Senior Lead - Organisation Design and Implementation

Job Description

The Senior Lead, Organisation Design and Implementation is responsible for shaping effective organisational structures, operating models and workforce arrangements that support ANZ’s strategy. Requirements typically include extensive experience in organisation design, workforce planning, operating-model transformation and change implementation, supported by strong analytical, consulting and stakeholder-management skills. The successful candidate will work with senior leaders and HR specialists to assess current structures, develop practical solutions, manage implementation risks and embed sustainable change. Candidates are expected to communicate clearly, influence executives, handle complex and sensitive workforce matters, and deliver outcomes in a large, regulated banking environment. Experience in financial services, transformation programs or enterprise change is highly desirable.
