Job Description

The Senior Delivery Lead, Portfolio is responsible for coordinating and delivering a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are aligned with ANZ’s priorities, governance standards, budgets, timelines and expected outcomes. Requirements typically include substantial experience leading complex technology, transformation or business delivery portfolios, strong financial and risk management skills, and the ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams. The successful candidate will communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, provide clear reporting, resolve delivery issues and promote disciplined delivery practices. Experience in banking, agile ways of working, portfolio governance and large-scale change programs would be advantageous. The role requires commercial judgment, collaboration, sound decision-making and the ability to lead through ambiguity during the 12-month fixed-term appointment.
