Job Description

The Senior Product Improvement Analyst supports the review, enhancement and ongoing performance of banking products and customer journeys. The role typically requires experience in product analysis, process improvement, business requirements, data interpretation and stakeholder management, preferably within financial services. The successful candidate is expected to identify customer and operational issues, recommend practical improvements, support product initiatives through delivery, and use evidence to improve risk outcomes, efficiency and customer experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial awareness and the ability to work across technology, operations, risk and business teams are important. Familiarity with Agile ways of working, reporting tools and banking products would be advantageous.
