Job Description

The Facility Manager, DCEO role supports the safe, reliable and efficient operation of Amazon facilities in Malaysia. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering, construction, operations or a related discipline, together with experience managing buildings, maintenance contractors, budgets and workplace services. The candidate is expected to lead vendors and technicians, maintain health and safety standards, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage incident response, monitor service performance and ensure compliance with local regulations. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills are essential. Experience in large commercial, industrial, data-centre or corporate facilities, along with familiarity with computerized maintenance systems and building services, would be advantageous.
