Job Description

The role leads relationship management for UOB’s Energy and Chemicals industry group within Group Commercial Banking. Responsibilities typically include developing senior client relationships, originating loans and other banking solutions, managing portfolios, preparing credit proposals, and coordinating with product, risk and compliance teams. Candidates are expected to have a degree in finance, business, economics or a related discipline, substantial commercial or corporate banking experience, strong credit and financial analysis skills, and knowledge of the energy and chemicals sector. The successful candidate should demonstrate sound judgment, commercial awareness, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of regulatory and risk requirements.
