Job Description

Novartis is seeking a Rheumatology Medical Representative (MR) for external candidates in Japan. The role involves promoting and providing accurate medical information about rheumatology products to healthcare professionals, developing trusted relationships with physicians and medical institutions, planning territory activities, and achieving business objectives in line with company policies and industry regulations. Candidates are expected to have relevant MR certification or pharmaceutical sales experience in Japan, strong communication and presentation skills, customer-focused judgment, and the ability to understand clinical evidence. Experience in rheumatology, immunology, or a related specialty is advantageous. Japanese fluency is generally essential, while English capability may be useful in a global organization.
