Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, dispatching and inventory control. The role typically requires supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics or manufacturing, sound knowledge of workplace health and safety, inventory systems and material-handling procedures, and the ability to lead a team effectively. A current forklift licence and experience with warehouse management or ERP systems may be required. The successful candidate is expected to promote a safe, organised and efficient workplace, maintain accurate stock records, meet customer and production deadlines, coach team members, and support continuous improvement. Strong communication, planning, problem-solving and people-management skills are essential.
