Job Description

The Operations Support Agent, Special Services role supports the coordination and execution of time-critical, customised and exceptional shipment requests. Responsibilities may include arranging pickups and deliveries, monitoring shipment progress, updating customers and internal teams, preparing documentation, resolving service issues and ensuring compliance with FedEx procedures. Candidates are generally expected to have customer service or logistics experience, strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence using computer systems. The role requires flexibility for changing priorities, accurate data entry, teamwork and a professional approach when handling urgent or sensitive requests. Experience in courier, freight forwarding or transport operations is advantageous. Availability for rostered shifts, including weekends or extended hours, may be required.
