People Ops Intern

Job Description

The People Ops Intern supports day-to-day human resources activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, HR reporting, engagement initiatives and general administrative coordination. Candidates are typically expected to be studying or recently graduated in human resources, business, psychology or a related discipline. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail are important, along with discretion when handling confidential employee information. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and HR systems is useful. The successful candidate should be proactive, dependable, comfortable working with different teams and willing to learn in a fast-paced, multinational logistics environment.
