Job Description

The Courier is responsible for collecting, transporting and delivering customer shipments safely and on time across assigned routes. Requirements typically include a valid Australian driver’s licence, a safe driving record, good physical fitness, reliable attendance and the ability to lift and handle packages. Previous courier, delivery or customer-service experience is helpful but may not be essential. Candidates are expected to follow company and road-safety procedures, use handheld scanning and delivery systems accurately, maintain professional customer relationships, manage time effectively and work independently in changing weather and traffic conditions. Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends or public holidays may also be required.
