Its operations include ship management, hospitality, entertainment, food and beverage, travel experiences, and corporate support functions such as finance, technology, human resources, and marketing. Destination Guide

A cruise-based role is generally connected to ships and major port destinations rather than permanent work on one island. Opportunities exist in finance, guest services, hospitality, culinary operations, entertainment, marine operations, retail, technology, and safety. Life onboard is international and structured, with shared accommodation, long working hours, scheduled rotations, and limited but valuable time ashore. Crew members work with colleagues from many cultures and are expected to be professional, adaptable, and service-minded. Cruise employees usually need a valid passport, medical clearance, background checks, safety training, and the appropriate seafarer or crew visa. Visa requirements depend on the ship's registration, itinerary, and nationality; U.S. port calls often require a crewmember visa. Relocation may involve traveling to a joining port, while shoreside Miami positions require authorization to work in the United States and may require moving to South Florida.
