Job Description

The Mobile Security Operations Engineer supports the protection, monitoring and resilience of Singtel’s mobile networks and services. Typical responsibilities include investigating security alerts, responding to incidents, analysing threats, maintaining security controls, supporting vulnerability management and coordinating with network, technology and risk teams. Candidates are generally expected to have a degree or diploma in information security, computer engineering, telecommunications or a related discipline, together with experience in security operations, mobile or telecom environments, incident response, SIEM tools and network protocols. Familiarity with 3G, 4G and 5G architecture, scripting, cloud security and industry frameworks is advantageous. The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, careful documentation and a willingness to participate in operational support or standby duties.
