Job Description

The Store Manager leads the Optus retail store in Sale, Victoria, overseeing daily operations, sales performance, customer service and team development. Requirements typically include retail management experience, strong sales and communication skills, staff coaching ability, commercial awareness and confidence using point-of-sale and business systems. The successful candidate is expected to achieve sales targets, maintain excellent customer experiences, manage rosters and inventory, resolve customer concerns and uphold Optus brand and compliance standards. Experience in telecommunications, technology or a target-driven retail environment is advantageous. The role also requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when rostered.
