Security Supervisor

Job Description

The Security Supervisor supports the protection of guests, colleagues, property and assets at Shangri-La in Hong Kong. Requirements typically include relevant hotel, commercial or law-enforcement security experience, supervisory capability, good communication skills, incident-reporting knowledge and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. First-aid, fire-safety or security qualifications are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to monitor access points and surveillance systems, conduct patrols, respond calmly to emergencies, enforce hotel procedures, coordinate with internal departments and assist guests professionally. Strong observation, integrity, leadership, physical fitness and knowledge of local safety regulations are important.
