Job Description

The Hygiene Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene across the hotel. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in food science, hospitality, environmental health, or a related field, together with relevant experience in hotel, resort, catering, or food-service operations. Knowledge of HACCP, local health regulations, inspection procedures, and food-safety auditing is expected.
