Job Description

The Bartender at Red Sugar is responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, beverages and bar food while delivering polished, attentive service. Requirements typically include previous bartending or hospitality experience, strong knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails, good English and Cantonese or Mandarin communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates are expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, follow licensing and responsible-service procedures, handle cash or point-of-sale systems accurately, and create a welcoming experience for guests. Luxury-hotel experience, mixology knowledge and a professional appearance are advantageous.
