Job Description

The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, or other outlets. Requirements typically include a diploma or certificate in hospitality, food and beverage experience, strong guest-service skills, and the ability to supervise and train team members. The successful candidate is expected to maintain service standards, manage outlet opening and closing procedures, coordinate reservations and seating, handle guest feedback, monitor stock and operating costs, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. A professional appearance, positive attitude, clear communication, and sound knowledge of Singapore’s hospitality standards are also expected.
