Culinary Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Culinary Administrative Assistant supports the culinary department with office administration, scheduling, document preparation, purchasing records, inventory coordination, payroll or attendance updates, and communication between kitchens and other hotel departments. Candidates should have strong organization, accurate data-entry skills, good written and spoken English, and confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems. Previous experience in hotel, restaurant, or food-and-beverage administration is preferred. The successful candidate is expected to handle confidential information responsibly, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, respond professionally to chefs and colleagues, and remain flexible in a busy hospitality environment.
