Job Description

The Co-ordinator, Operation Services (Attractions) supports the smooth and safe operation of resort attractions and guest activities. Responsibilities may include coordinating daily schedules, preparing facilities and equipment, assisting guests, monitoring service standards, handling bookings or records, and working closely with other departments. Candidates are expected to have experience in hospitality, attractions, recreation, or customer service, along with good communication and organizational skills. A friendly, proactive approach, attention to safety, confidence dealing with guests, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are important. Knowledge of Singapore’s attractions, relevant safety procedures, and additional languages would be advantageous.
