Job Description

The Food & Beverage Administrator supports the department with daily administration, records, reports, purchasing coordination, scheduling, invoice processing and communication between F&B outlets and other hotel teams. Candidates should have administrative experience, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage operations, along with good computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong organization, attention to detail, numerical accuracy and communication skills are essential. The role requires a professional, service-minded and dependable person who can manage confidential information, meet deadlines and work comfortably in a fast-paced hotel environment, including weekends and public holidays when required.
