Job Description

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily operation of a restaurant, bar, or dining outlet, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth service delivery, and compliance with Shangri-La standards. Typical requirements include a degree or diploma in hospitality, food and beverage, or a related field, along with several years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations. The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and guest-relations skills. Responsibilities may include supervising staff, coordinating shifts, monitoring quality and hygiene, handling guest concerns, supporting sales targets, controlling costs, and assisting with training and performance management. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts is expected.
