Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving room, event, and other hotel revenue by developing new business, maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local accounts, and achieving agreed sales targets. Requirements typically include a degree or diploma in hospitality, business, marketing, or a related field, along with several years of hotel or sales experience. The successful candidate should understand the Philippine hospitality market, communicate confidently, negotiate effectively, and be comfortable preparing proposals, sales reports, and forecasts.
