Admin Assistant (Chinese Banquet Kitchen)

Job Description

The Admin Assistant supports the Chinese Banquet Kitchen with daily administration, including preparing reports, maintaining records, processing orders, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence and assisting with inventory or purchasing documentation. Candidates should have good organisation, communication and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and be comfortable working in a busy hotel kitchen environment. Attention to detail, reliability, confidentiality and the ability to coordinate with chefs, suppliers and other departments are important. Experience in hotel, restaurant or kitchen administration is preferred. Knowledge of English is generally required, while Mandarin or other Chinese languages may be useful for communication with the banquet kitchen team and suppliers. The successful candidate is expected to work accurately, meet deadlines and support efficient kitchen operations.
