Job Description

The Service Associate – Human Resources supports daily HR operations, including employee records, recruitment administration, onboarding, attendance tracking, staff communication and general office coordination. Candidates should typically have a diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, although relevant hospitality experience may also be considered. Good communication, organization, confidentiality and computer skills are essential. Experience in a hotel or service environment is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to be approachable, reliable, detail-oriented and able to work professionally with employees from different backgrounds while following company policies and Malaysian employment regulations.
