Job Description

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving restaurant, banquet and catering revenue through corporate accounts, events, partnerships and local market sales. Candidates typically need a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or marketing, together with several years of hotel or food-and-beverage sales experience. Strong knowledge of the Malaysian hospitality market, sales planning, budgeting, negotiation and customer relationship management is expected. Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to meet revenue targets are essential. The successful candidate should be confident presenting to clients, developing new business, managing key accounts and working closely with culinary, events and operations teams. Flexibility, professionalism and a guest-focused approach are important, including availability for evenings, weekends and hotel functions.
