Floor Supervisor

Job Description

The Floor Supervisor is expected to supervise room attendants and housekeeping operations on assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Shangri-La’s cleanliness and presentation standards. Requirements typically include previous hotel housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Candidates should be physically fit, organised, service-minded, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
