Job Description

The Hygiene & Sanitation Executive is responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene, personal cleanliness, sanitation and workplace safety across the hotel. Requirements typically include a diploma or certificate in food safety, hospitality, environmental health or a related discipline, along with relevant hotel or food-and-beverage experience. The candidate should understand Singapore food-safety regulations, HACCP principles and sanitation procedures, and be comfortable conducting inspections, audits, training and follow-up actions. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, accurate reporting and the ability to work with multiple departments are expected. Experience in a luxury hotel or certification as a food safety supervisor would be advantageous.
