Job Description

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the overall operation of restaurants, bars, banquets and other dining outlets, helping to maintain excellent guest service and financial performance. Typical requirements include a diploma or degree in hospitality management, several years of food and beverage experience, supervisory experience, strong knowledge of service standards, and good spoken English. The candidate is expected to lead and motivate staff, coordinate daily operations, manage guest requests and complaints, monitor quality and hygiene, assist with training and scheduling, control costs, and support revenue targets. Flexibility, professional presentation, cultural awareness and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are essential.
