Job Description

The Service Manager – Duty Manager oversees daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service, guest satisfaction, and effective coordination between departments. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field, several years of hotel experience, and strong knowledge of front office and guest-service procedures.
